Happy birthday to the late Louis Armstrong, born this day in 1901! Here's his 1932 short "A Rhapsody in Black and Blue," in which (starting about three minutes in) he performs "You Rascal You," "Shine" and "Chinatown, My Chinatown."

I love this short. Armstrong is so hot and sexy. It is good to see him before he became the sweet old lapdog of the "What a Wonderful World era."
